    摘要: 摘要
      本研究目的在暸解國內射箭優秀運動員心理技能現況,探討不同背景變項與不同心理技能表現對射箭運動員在技能水準之影響差異情形,並進一步運用心理技能各量表得分對技能水準進行區別分析。本研究運動員心理技能量表係依據邱玉惠(2001)以ACSI-28 為藍本,所編製的量表為研究工具;以中華民國射箭協會為準備參加2011年世界盃暨亞洲盃射箭比賽之國家代表隊選手,國手選拔複選賽之參賽選手共計68人為研究對象,採立意及便利取樣,選取68 名運動員進行問卷填答,有效問卷共計63 份(男生32 人、女生31 人)。以描述性統計、獨立樣本二因子多變量變異數分析及區別分析進行假設檢定,所有統計考驗之顯著水準α定為.05。本研究結論依平均數高低排列,得分最高為(1)「可教導性」、其次為(2)「動機」再次之(3)「壓力處理與逆境調適」、(4)「自信心」、而(5)「專注」得分最低,較弱為專注及自信心,教練及運動員日後不論是在訓練階段或是比賽時,應多加強此兩項能力。

    Abstract
    This research purpose is to understand Taiwan archery excellent players psychological skills condition. This paper is discussing that under different background variation and different psychological skill of archery players of how it affects the performance on archery skill levels. Future more, we can use each psychological skills form score to analysis distinction of the skill levels. In this research, the psychological skills form is according to ACSI-28 form who was made by Chiu Yu-Hui(2001)is using as our research tool. The research subject are R.O.C Archery Association 68 players who prepare to join the 2011 Asian World Archery Game to questionnaire survey, we sampled by mean and convenient. There are 63 effective questionnaire(men 32 person、women 31 person). We assume test under the process of descriptive statistical data、independent sample two factor multi-variation variance analysis and distinction analysis. The all statistical data test level, we set‘α=.05’. The conclusion of this research is ranking of the questionnaire survey score from high to low: The highest score is (1) Coach ability, second is (2) Motivation, more over is (3) Peaking under pressure and Coping with adversity, then is (4) Confidence, last is (5) Concentration. The weaker item is “Concentration” and “Confidence”, despite of coach and players; we should enhance those two items during training and racing process.
