    摘要: 目前國內橡膠補強用的纖維材料,大多採用高強力聚酯作為補強材料之用,但聚酯纖維具有疏水性,因此在界面處理上就具技術性。在本研究中,利用遠紅外線處理輸送帶基布,並且在RFL藥劑裡添加異氰酸化合物,在橡膠熱壓形成輸送帶成品時更具有較佳的黏結強力。
    本研究應用遠紅外線分段預熱方法並改變間距,基布與加熱器間距設定為5公分、6公分以及7公分,遠紅外線加熱去除基布含水,藉以提升RFL藥劑的浸漬吸收量,以纖維表面分析、以及基布除濕效果之含水率,間接證明經遠紅外線預熱處理後,對藥劑吸附能力的提升,配合RFL藥劑,固成分為22%、23%並分別添加0%、1%、2%、3%、4%、5%、6%之異氰酸化合物,並對布與橡膠作層間剝離強力。
    由實驗結果顯示,輸送帶基布經與遠紅外線加熱間距為5公分,分段預熱處理時間20秒中間停止加熱10秒後再加熱20秒,RFL藥劑固成分為23%且添加6%之異氰酸化合物,黏結效果達最佳條件,聚酯/尼龍基布之布-布層間剝離強力為20.85kgf,布-膠層間剝離強力為24.01kgf, 相較於未經處理原布分別提升了89.5%以及89.2%。

    Fabric materials that it is used to reinforce the rubber in Taiwan are usually the high strength polyester, but polyester has Hydrophobic, it will be quite technical on the interface. This research is study the conveyor belt fabric pretreatment by far infrared heater and adding Methylenediphenylisocyanate to RFL solution in dipping process, the purpose is raised the adhesion strength between fabric and rubber, in far infrared treatment, to change the gauge between fabric and heater, the gauge is divided to 5cm, 6cm and 7 cm, the purpose is decrease the moisture content of fiber, and raised the absorption of fabric dipping RFL solution. To analyze the break strength, fiber structure, and adhesion strength after the fabric treated by far infrared. And RFL solution adding Methylenediphenylisocyanate can be reduce the interface problem between fabric and rubber, to raise the adhesion strength. In this study, to change the RFL solution formula of 22% and 23%, and adding Methylenediphenylisocyanate to 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5% and 6%. To analyze the adhesion strength.
    The result show that the fabrics are treated with far infrared ray heater, the gauge is divided to 5cm and Heating 20 seconds after stop 10 seconds and then heat 20 seconds, the RFL solution formula of 23% and add 6% Methylenediphenylisocyanate is the beast treatment. The fabric of adhesion between fabric-fabric and fabric-rubber can highest compare to the fabric, The polyester/nylon EP300 fabric-fabric adhesion strength is 20.85 kgf, fabric-rubber adhesion strength is 24.01 kgf, fabric-fabric and fabric-rubber adhesion strength that improve 89.2%、89.5%.
