    題名: 廢木材生產生質酒精之研究

    摘要: 本研究使用廢木粉、紙漿與纖維粉當原料進行生產生質酒精之研究。廢木粉主要使用廢檜木粉與廢樟木粉,廢木粉在使用前先以紙漿技術中的鹼法處理除去木質素,鹼法處理過後的廢木粉在除去大部分的木質素後會剩下纖維素跟半纖維素,並以纖維素跟半纖維素作為原料進行糖化。使用廢木粉、紙漿與纖維粉當原料,是因為纖維素含量的考量,因為纖維粉是四種樣品中同單位重量下纖維素含量最高的,再生紙製成的紙漿之纖維素的含量次高,廢檜木粉與廢樟木粉的纖維素含量相對較低,以此比較糖化的效果。原料進行鹼前處理後,接下來分別加入錐形瓶並加入纖維水解酶進行七十二小時糖化過程。過程中每二十四小時測一次糖度,由此比較不同原料在同樣的酵素濃度與時間下轉化出來的糖度,糖化完之後先活化酵母,再分別加入酵母進行七十二小時發酵過程將糖份轉化成乙醇。七十二小時後先分別取樣後放入離心機,離心完後取上清液測糖度並準備進行氣相層析儀分析,先以LC級乙醇進行分析並以圖與數據當檢量標準,最後再分析樣品並藉由檢量標準判斷樣品乙醇濃度。最後檢測得知樣品乙醇的濃度都在58%以上,證實紙漿纖維為優質生產生質酒精的可行性。
    In this article, use of waste wood powder, pulp and cellulose powder to experiment. The waste wood powder mainly use waste juniper wood powder and waste camphor wood powder. The waste wood powder in the use of pulp technique to remove the lignin by alkali treatment before using. After using alkali treatment to remove the waste wood powder left after most of the lignin with cellulose and hemicellulose. And with cellulose and hemicellulose as a raw material for saccharification.
    Use waste wood powder, pulp and cellulose powder as raw material. It is because the cellulose content of the considerations. Because fiber powder is the same unit weight of four samples of the highest content of cellulose. The cellulose pulp made from recycled paper content of the second highest. Juniper wood powder and waste camphor wood powder was relatively low cellulose. Comparison of the effect of this glycosylation.
    Take waste wood to go through alkaline pre-treatment. The next is adding into Erlenmeyer flack and add glycosylation enzymes to seventy-two hours saccharification process. In this process, should conduct brix measurements every twenty-four hours and activation of the yeast after the saccharification process. Comparison of different materials resulting in the same enzyme concentration and time out of the sugar under the transformation. Then adds yeast into the fermentation process of sugar into ethanol for seventy-two hours.
    After seventy-two hours, put the samples into centrifuge. Test sugar content in the upper clear solution obtained after centrifugation. First to ethanol were analyzed and to analyze out data as a Calibration standard. Finally, test that the concentration of ethanol in the sample more than 58%. Analysis of samples and calibration standards to judge by the sample ethanol concentration.
