本研究目的在探討國內員工在職場中的職場政治行為與知覺升遷機會之間的關係。Pfeffer (1981)就指出組織的政治行為容易使組織隱藏有不成文的規則,而員工對這些行為的認知,將會對工作環境所碰到的各種事件產生知覺,並且影響員工在公司組織中的表現的工作態度,以及平時在工作中的工作行為,同時也會影響組織運作的效能。因此本研究透過問卷調查的方式,以在公司上班之員工為樣本,針對企業員工發出500份問卷,並收回462份問卷,結果發現:員工政治行為程度愈高,知覺升遷機會愈高。
The purpose of the study is focus on the relationship between employee political behavior in the workplace and perceived promotability.
Pfeffer (1981) indicate that organization’s political behavior has potential rules, employees will be awareness to these behavior. Workers find that some kind of behaviors will effect the performances of themselves and the operation of organization. We investigated 500 employees of several companies by questionnaries and 462 were returned. The results show that: The more employee political behaviors are on the workplace , the more perceived promotability is.
