摘要:	在國際化的市場裡，企業為了要在廣大的市場中能永續的發展下去，併購是一條很熱門而且是最快的道路。企業併購除了可以整合資源、提高經營績效外，也可以增加企業本身的綜效。而我國政府為了讓我國企業除了可以藉由併購來提升自我能力外，也可以在安全有規律的環境下有所保護，所以在2002年2月6日公布了企業併購法規，在通過的企業併購法來，併購的案件到2009年為止總共有1,334件，而併購的金額也有高達6,210.2億。本研究就依據這個潮流來探討上市企業是否在併購成功後，其結果是經營績效有所提升、長期績效是有明顯的變化。 Mergers and acquisitions are the popular and fastest path for enterprises to maitain sustainable development in the international market. In addition to integrating rsources and promoting business performance,mergers and acquisitions can improve enteprisesynergy.The government aims to ensure national enterprises can conduct mergers andacquisitions to elevate their overall competency in safe and regulated envronment. Forthis reason,the government announced the Business Mergers and Acquisitions Act onFebruary 2,2002.The cases of mergers and acquisitions under the approved act totaled1,334 by 2009, reaching the monetary value of NTD 621.02 billion. This research studies the business performance and long-term performance of listed companies following mergers and acquisitions,examining the significant differencas between the expectations and the result.
