Abstract:	現階段中國大陸文職領導人與軍職領導人之間的關係主要仍存在「中國共產黨」與「人民解放軍」的關係架構內，因此研究中共「軍文關係」之發展乃以其「黨軍關係」之互動，為最重要之因素，亦為本篇論文研究之重點。針對上述之重點，本論文主要研究之對象係就中共黨軍關係發展之沿革及其轉變，對中共內部政局所產生之影響。除探究中共黨軍關係緣起、法規依據、黨軍組織及相互關係發展之特點外，另就中共軍隊在中國大陸改革開放之後強化經濟發展的成果對中國解放軍的影響層面進行探討。最後對各階段歷史演進中所扮演之角色及與當時領導人的互動關係、政策影響力，並藉此評估其未來發展趨勢及將面臨之窒礙、挑戰。
