Abstract:	台灣山林漫無止境的濫墾濫伐及超限利用,其後果在賀伯颱風無情的肆虐下,強風及豪雨幾乎讓整個台灣地動山搖、肝腸寸斷,更奪去了許多人的生命與財產,這一次的影響深深地讓全民體認破壞自然生態所招致無窮的患害.因此由農委會等政府機關研訂「全民造林運動綱領暨實施計畫」,為號召全國民眾推行造林綠化.為期六年的全民造林運動,本研究是以統計及分析九十年度即全民造林運動實施之第三年的造林成果.
