    摘要: 本研究係探討針軋不織布之不同針軋條件,對其針軋不織布物性之影響,目前一般之物性條件改變皆是以增加重量的方式來達到其鞋業之要求,本研究是以針軋工藝條件變化,研究分析是否可由針軋之條件變化即可得到所需之物性,故由本研究得知,其基重為325g/m²與300g/m²時,在針軋深度8.0mm、針軋密度分別為350刺/cm²及375刺/cm²時,其相關之物性測試達到較佳值;另外針軋排列的方式,也由實驗中顯示出採正軋模式進行針軋的作用力大於採倒軋模式時的作用力,因此強力等相關物性較倒軋時來的好。但因倒軋之作用力小於正軋時的作用力,故倒軋時的高點會較晚出現。
    另依其廠商之基重限制及物性要求下,經由上述之測試結果,達到減重的效果,測試出來之結果為300g/m²時即可達到產品縱向及橫向拉力20kg/2.54cm的要求,因此除降低成本外,又達到輕量及節能之效果。

    The research is discussing about different needle punch skill conditions may influence the physical properties of needle punch nonwoven. Via adding the weight to reach the physical properties is the current way. This research is via different needle punch skills to analyze whether we can reach the standard or not. In consequences, while the needle punch condition is in the depth of 8.0mm and the density is 350 times per centimeter square, the material can reach the better physical properties. Besides, different arrangement of needle punch skills may influent the results. Using upper mode will have bigger force than under mode. As a result, using upper mode will make better strength and physical properties. Yet, the force of under mode is smaller than upper mode. Compare with upper mode, the peak of the physical properties will show up later.
    According to the physical property requirements and the limitation of the weight from the brands, by means of the test results, we can find out the material will be lighter and have better physical properties when it’s 300 gram per meter square. Therefore, the research results of using different needle punch conditions will lower the cost and achieve the effects of light weight and energy saving.
