    摘要: 基於職場競爭激烈的緣故,組織為達到目標,而員工亦為達成他們自身的利益,紛紛使用政治手段,爾後將影響個人職場的去留。藉此,本研究將此問題納入研究,而設為員工之職場政治行為(political behavior)對離職傾向(turnover intention)之影響,由相關文獻之著證與邏輯推理,發現兩者之間有相關連,因此,有必要進一步釐清,並以控制變數為:性別、年齡、教育程度、婚姻狀況、工作總年資對離職傾向做為控制。
    根據迴歸分析發現當員工運用更多的政治行為時,離職傾向會愈多,而依照本研究假設,實證並非獲得支持。其本研究結果發現如下:員工之職場政治行為運用程度愈高,則離職傾向相對會愈多;員工之職場政治行為運用程度愈低,則離職傾向相對會愈少。

    The influence of political behavior in workplace on
    turnover intention

    ABSTRACT
    In view of workplace drastic competitive, the organization to achieve goals, and employees also achieve their own benefits, have used political means, and later the behavior will affect stay or not for individual in office. In this way, this study included this issue in the study, and set of workplace political behavior of employees influence turnover intention, from relevant literatures and logic reasoning that the two are linked, therefore, and then need for further clarification. And to control variables such as: gender, age, educational level, marital status and total years of work as control for turnover intention.
    According to regression analysis founded that employees use more political behavior will bring about turnover intention. And in accordance with the hypothesis, evidence is not supported. The results of the study found the following: workplace political behavior of employees use more and turnover intention will gain. Workplace political behavior of employees use a little and turnover intention will reduce.
