    题名: 工作壓力對身心健康影響之研究-以新竹科學園區已婚工作者為例

    摘要: 本研究以新竹科學園區已婚工作者為對象,不僅同時探討新竹科園區已婚工作者之個人背景變項和工作壓力及身心健康的關係,更深入研究工作壓力和身心健康的關係。
    本研究採用問卷調查法,以立意取樣和便利取樣選取新竹科學園區的已婚工作者為施測對象,施測樣本為900人。研究工具包括「個人背景資料調查表」、「工作壓力量表」、「身心健康量表」。在「工作壓力量表」及「身心健康量表」方面,採用陸洛(1994)編製的中文版職業壓力指標第二版(OSI-2)。施測所得資料採用次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、單一樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、薛費事後比較、皮爾森積差相關、線性迴歸、強迫進入法多元迴歸進行分析。研究結果如下:
    一、「工作壓力」量表總平均得分為3.99,明顯高於理論中點(3.5),顯示新竹科學園區已婚工作者之工作壓力偏高。
    二、「身心健康」量表總平均得分為3.24,明顯低於理論中點(3.5),表示新竹科學園區已婚工作者之身心健康狀況偏差。
    三、「年齡」、「教育程度」、「職務」、「工作時數」及「工作年資」在「工作壓力」上達顯著差異。其中以「23-27歲」、「大學(含)以下」、工作時數「46至50小時」、工作年資「1-5年」及職務「營業人員及其他」之「工作壓力」為最大。
    四、「年齡」、「性別」、「教育程度」、「職位」、「職務」、「工作時數」及「工作年資」在「身心健康」上達顯著差異。其中以「38至42歲」、「男性」、「研究所(含)以上」、職位「處長以上」、職務「財務人員」、工作時數「51至55小時」及工作年資「6至10年」之「身心健康」為最好。
    五、新竹科學園區已婚工作者之「工作壓力」和「身心健康」有高程度負相關性(r=-0.54,p<.01) 。
    六、「工作負荷」、「組織氣氛」、「男性」、「教育程度」、職位為「一般人員」、「初階管理者」及「經理」七個變項,對「身心健康」達39.2%預測力。
    最後根據研究發現,對新竹科學園區已婚工作者、企業及新竹科學園區管理局以及未來研究三方面提出建議,以期對所有新竹科學園區已婚工作者有所幫助。
    The purpose of this study was to exam the association between work stress and mental and physical health of the married workers in Hsinchu Science Park.
    This study with convenience sampling surveyed 900 married workers in Hsinchu Science Park. Two instruments were used: “Personal Background Questionnaire” and “Occupational Stress Indicators, OSI-2” which was modified by Lu (1994). Data were analyzed by Frequencies, Mean, Standard deviation, One sample and Independent sample t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe method, Pearson product-moment correlation, and enter multiple regression. The results were as follow:
    1. The mean score of “work stress” (M=3.99) is significantly higher than theoretical midpoint (3.5), so the work stress of married workers in Hsinchu Science Park is high.
    2. The mean score of “physical and mental health” (M=3.24) is significantly lower than theoretical midpoint (3.5), so the physical and mental health of married workers in Hsinchu Science Park is bad.
    3. There are significant differences of “work stress” on “age”, “education level”, “occupation”, “working hour per week”, and “work experience”. That is, work stress is the greatest for “23-27 years old”, “Bachelor or under”, occupation of “Salesman and others”, “46-50 working hours per week”, and work experience of “1-5 years”.
    4. There are significant differences of “physical and mental health” on “age”, “gender”, “education level”, “occupation”, “position”, “working hour per week”, and “work experience”. That is, physical and mental health is the best for “38-42 years old”, “Male”, “Graduate or above”, position of “Director or above”, occupation of “Financial Officer”, “51-55 working hours per week”, and work experience of “6-10 years”.
    5. There was a significantly negative correlation between “work stress” and “physical and mental health” of married workers in Hsinchu Science Park. (r=-0.54,p<.01)
    6. Seven factors: “work load”, “organization climate”, “male”, “education level”, position of “staff”, position of “assistant manager”, and position of “manager” predicted “physical and mental health” for 39.2% of variance.
    Finally, based on research findings, recommendations were provided for married workers in Hsinchu Science Park, organizations, Hsinchu Science Park Administration, and future study.
