都市的密集發展增加了都市自然環境的負擔,為了滿足都市居民舒適及便利之生活,能源的使用也愈來愈大,也因此造成大量的熱能及二氧化碳不斷向外排放,加上日間太陽照射,造成都市溫度不斷上升,使得都市的溫度比四周的郊區還來的高,就如同一座熱島,孤立在四周溫度較低的鄉村中間;因而形成了都市的「熱島效應」。因應氣候變遷在1992年的「地球高峰會議」中,掀起了世界對環境保護問題的重視。本研究將延續邱英浩,2008[13]之研究,針對水域空間周圍之環境進行環境熱舒適之探討,並且將水域空間之蒸發散、人體表面積等納入研究之考量。本研究於水域間利用儀器進行現場量測,蒐集風速、空氣溫度、相對溼度、日射量、熱通量等物理數據,並且配合問卷針對受測者於水域空間周圍之不同測點,了解受測者對於環境之溫度、溼度、風速、日射強度、輻射溫度、整體環境舒適度之感受以及受測者體型與性別的資料,探討水域空間對於環境熱舒適度之影響。透過各項分析結果顯示,受測者會因測點之不同對於環境熱舒適度而有所差異,且距離水域空間愈近對於舒適之感受愈明顯;於生理條件方面,性別較無法於本研究中看出對於熱舒適感受之差異,但於人體表面積方面,可以看出較大體表面積之受測者對於整體環境熱舒適度之接受度較高;於物理條件方面,空氣溫度與日射強度對於熱舒適感受之改變最為明顯。最後本研究透過迴歸分析,建立水域空間物理環境參數與熱舒適度之預測模型,期望可藉由研究之成果可作為日後對於水域環境規劃設計之參考,以改善都市氣候環境提升環境品質。
In order to provide a more comfortable and convenient life for residents, rapid and intensive city development has formed a burden to the nature environment. The reasons of increasing temperature in urban areas are more and more heat and carbon dioxide emission by using energy and the heat giving off by solar radiation. Because of those reasons, temperature in the urban areas will be higher than in the suburbs. This situation makes the urban areas with high temperature, which was surrounded by suburbs with low temperature, as a heat island. That condition is「heat island effect」. The world have paid attention on problems of environmental protection since「The United Nations Conference on Environment and Development」 in 1992. Continuing study of Yin-Hao Chiu 2008[13] , this research also includes the discussion of physical properties of water area and surface area of human body. In this research, the physical data of wind velocity, air temperature, relative humidity, solar radiation and heat flux are measured. Then collection the sensation of subject with different body types and sexes in varied distances from water area to subject by questionnaires. The data and questionnaire are compared to comprehend the impact of water area on the comfort level of environmental heat. The analysis result shows that subject will have different comfort levels of environmental heat and the more close water area the more comfortable subject feel. In physiology way, the finding from these data suggests that surface area of body that significantly effect to comfort level of heat, but sex of subject is independent. In physical way, air temperature and solar radiation have significantly effect to comfort level of heat. Finally, the result may be build a forecast model of physical environment parameter in water area and comfort level of environmental heat by regression analysis. The results would improve climate environment in urban area and enhance environment quality.
