In recent years, the development of IT communities is very active, but the systems, platforms, architectures between the sites are different from each other. Users need to apply and memorize several user accounts for the IT communities. Therefore , the purpose of this study is to discuss the Single Sign On Internet Service mechanism to resolve the sign-on problem of users and to achieve the community resources sharing purpose.
The method is based on UML to analyze the requirement of the entire process to the prototype construct IT Communities single sign-on, to overcome the information sharing problems between the diverse platforms with the Web Services. The prototype of the single sign-on mechanism can not only improve the cooperation between the IT group’s manager of IT community, but also can offer better service to the members of the community.
Finally ,we invite information specialists to verify the feasibility of this mechanism. The results showed that these IT experts generally agree it would help the IT community users solve the problem of logging in multiple websites of user account and passwords.
