螢幕影像吹起的「擬像」、「擬真」食風,使得視覺的優越性、象徵的抽象性及形象戰術、廣告策略走在味覺经驗之前。影像的壓縮、距離的消解,食品在時空中游移滑動、切離組合、拼湊堆疊,營造「美食無國界」的流通網路。透過影像建構的可口意象,美食節目的策劃者、探訪者、主持人營造料理的傳奇與夢幻,感染了閱聽人滋生美食幻想的飢渴,構築了「美味烏扥邦」的城堡。在傳媒營造的各類虛擬實境中,鼓吹的假象,裝扮的造作表情,爲食劇張力而刻意繁殖的怪異新奇,食觀意識形態型塑的霸權論述,扭曲了正常的飲食倫理,製造了去在地感的無根疏離與未經環境現實過濾、迴避自主批判的生活抽離。
Due to arising fashion of the simulating cuisine delicacies on TV screen, the superiority of the visual image, the abstraction of symbol, and the advertising strategy all combined have put the delusion of cuisine ahead of real tasting experiences. The compactness of image, the disminishing of distance, and the convergence or divergence of the food commodities through time-space construction have successfully created a flow network which can be called "delicacies without boundary of nations". Through the delicious delusion construed by TV, the TV program conductor indulged in the satisfaction of the imagine cuisine, and the audiences infected by the program conductor, a castle of "delicacies utopia" was thus construed. In mid of the simulating reality, the false image and the delibrated transmission of spectacles, the stereotyped ideology of tasting food has been formalized a hegemonic dissertation, which has seriously distorted the normal food morality, and created a footless divorcing of de-localization and a living environment separated from the experiences of real life.
