Abstract:	民族精神概念既是民族精神研究的基本問題，也是弘揚和培育民族精神的理論起點。詞義解析與概念歷史考察是民族精神概念界定的基礎與前提。價值判斷法與文化的結構－功能分析法是界定民族精神概念的兩種主要方法。 The concept of the national spirit is both the basic topic for the research, and the starting point, of propagation and nurture. So the writer of the paper assumes that a lexical and historical study may serve as the theoretical basis, prerequisite for the concept of the national spirit. Furthermore, a functional analysis from the structural perspectives of evaluations and cultures may play as major methodologies.
