都市綠地空間具有許多公共財功能，例如，都市綠地可以吸收大氣中之碳、維持 大氣之濕度、調節雨量、調節溫度（熱島降溫）、抑制土壤侵蝕、淨化水質、提 供動物與植物保存之基礎、提供都市居民休閒遊憩之空間、隔離噪音、以及增進 景觀等重要之環境與休閒遊憩之功能。都市綠地效益之評估對於都市綠地規劃與 保護政策之擬定可以提供非常重要之資訊。本研究將採用地理加權迴歸分析方 法，具體考慮都市綠地之空間異質性，估計台北地區綠地空間（包括公園、綠地、 保護區、以及其他開放空間等）之特徵價格，實證都市綠地邊際隱含價格之空間 異質性，以提供在台北地區之何處增加綠地供給可獲得較高效益之資訊；其次， 估計台北地區都市綠地空間之總效益，以及從事都市綠地空間規劃情境之效益模 擬分析，作為擬訂台北地區都市綠地計畫之參考；另外並經由都市綠地空間特徵 價格函數之估計分析都市綠地空間效益資本化程度，據以進一步探討誰是都市綠 地空間之受益者，以及宜由誰來負擔都市空間綠地之經費。
Urban green spaces provide many public functions. For example, they absorb atmospheric carbon, maintain a certain degree of humidity in the atmosphere, regulate rainfall, moderate the temperatures, restrain soil erosion, purify water, improve air quality and they also form the basis for the conservation of fauna and flora. They moreover can provide acoustic isolation between residential areas and industrial areas or arteries. Urban green spaces are also the setting for many recreational activities and form a pleasant landscape. The information regarding the benefits of urban green spaces is extremely important for urban green planning and for formulating urban green protection policy. This study intends to employ the geographic weighted regression（GWR）techniques which can treat the spatial heterogeneity or the spatial nonstationarity associated with urban green spaces, to estimate the hedonic price of the urban green spaces in Taipei. The main efforts of this study are placed on the following subjects: (1).To test the spatial variations of the marginal implicit price of urban green spaces to clarify as to provide the information on where are the better locations to increase green space in Taipei .(2).To estimate the benefits of the present urban green spaces and estimate of the benefits of various urban green development scenarios in Taipei.（3）.To test the capitalization hypothesis of urban green spaces and to calculate the capitalizedvalue of the urban green spaces, so as to clarify who benefit and who are responsible to finance the urban green provision.
