    摘要: The authors reflect on the patient satisfaction and health care quality. They believed that the levels of patient satisfaction and quality may decline as to the extent of care increases. They argued that medical care environments are under tremendous pressure to improve quality of care, while restraining the rising costs. They suggested that health care providers and administrators should insist on their practice principles and codes of ethics.
