    Title: 外派大陸人員海外適應力對居住意願之影響

    Abstract: 本研究主要探討外派大陸台商海外適應力對居住意願之影響,以作為企業外派人員留在大陸長期發展及照顧員工之參考,因此,本研究以外派大陸人員為研究對象,並以問卷調查方式,探討外派大陸人員長期或短期留在大陸工作,面對當地的適應情形(包括生活環境、工作壓力反文化土之差異),是否對未來有強烈的居住意顧(包括短期停留、中期居留及永久居留)。本研究共計發出310份問卷,回收有效問卷計163份,經由統計分析結果發現:一、外派人員海外適應力當中,工作適應與生活適應對短期停留有影響,僅文化適應對短期停留未具有影響。二、外派人員在海外適應力當中,工作適應、生活適應與文化適應對中期居留均有影響。三、外派人員在海外適應力當中,工作適應、生活適應與文化適應對永久居留均有影響。
    The purpose of this research is to study the effect of Taiwanese expatriates adaptation on residence willingness in China. Corporation can refer the consequence of this research to the long-term development and care of expatriates assigned to China. The questionnaires that we sent out to expatriates in china mainly inquire into the effect of residing term and adaptation condition on residence willingness. There are 310 questionnaires sent out and 163 questionnaires available in this research. The statistical analysis of questionnaires manifests: 1. The job and life adaptation has influence on short-term residence. The culture adaptation has no influence on short-term residence. 2. The job, life, and culture adaptation has influence on middle-term residence. 3. The job, life, and culture adaptation has influence on Long-term residence.
