    Abstract: 配合教育部補助重要特色領域人才培育改進計劃,中國文化大學財務金融系於民國97年1月5日舉辦國際金融人才需求現況座談會,並邀請金管會國際業務處章遠智專門委員、政治大學金融系李桐豪教授、寶來金融集團金融市場事業處陳凌鶴總經理、日盛金控資本市場部張喬翔副總、德盛安聯資產管理公司周偉德副總等產、官、學代表與談。本文整理與談內容,並以國內外相關實證研究爲佐,盼能為國內金融人才之培春提供參考。
    Because of the increasing development of Asia economy and the high value-added of financial manpower, the financial services would be emphasized from local market into trans-Chinese area. In order to fit the demand of financial manpower, it needs to cultivate financial manpower very carefully and cautiously. The competitive cores of international financial are international capability, language, capability, and international mindset. The competitive advantages of Taiwanese financial manpower are royalty, diligence, and attainability. In order to strengthen the competitive advantages of financial manpower, the campus courses could be planned to focus on good learning attitude, multi course design, and international manners
