    Abstract: 清代筆記小說中有不少「過癩故事」,這些過癩故事有兩個重要組成部分:一為過癩習俗,一為義夫節婦的故事情節。本文旨在探討這兩者形成的淵源、背景與影響,並略微涉及有關「癩病」的基本認知。主要論述的重點有四:(一)宋代以前的癩病觀念,(二)宋代的過癩習俗,(三)明代有關癩病的故事,(四)清代筆記小說過癩故事內容分析。
    In the Qing Dynasty literary sketches has many ”cross the leprosy story”, these skin disease story has had two important components: One is skin disease custom, one is righteousness husband chaste widow's plot. This article is for the purpose of the origin, the background and the influence which discusses this both to form, and involves related ”skin disease sickness” slightly basic cognition. The main elaboration has with emphasis four: (1) the Sung Dynasty beforehand skin disease sickness idea, (2) Sung Dynasty skin disease custom, (3) Ming Dynasty related skin disease has gotten sick story, (4) Qing Dynasty literary sketches skin disease story content analysis.
