Abstract:	目的：本研究旨在檢測Y-BOCS中文化後之信度與效度。方法：先將Y-BOCS以兩階段式翻譯成中文。選取某精神科專科醫院的門診病人進行研究。符合強迫症診斷的8位病人進行評分者信度考驗，130位進行內部一致信度考驗，51位初診病人，進行效標關連效度考驗，並且選擇36位強迫症病人與32位憂鬱症病人進行建構效度考驗。結果：全量表的評分者信度為0.99；內部一致性信度Cronbach's α=0.83；其次，在初診的強迫症組其量表平均得分的t值都高於非強迫症組，表示本量表有良好的效標關聯效度。並且強迫症組的量表平均得分的t值也都高於憂鬱症組，表示本量表有良好的建構效度。結論：中文版耶魯布朗強迫症量表經過信度與效度檢測後，顯示效果相當良好。 Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS). Method: The Y-BOCS was translated into Chinese in two stages. We recruited 130 patients with OCD and 32 patients with major depression from the OCD clinic at a mental health hospital. A psychiatric specialist and a psychologist interviewed patients to obtain data for the reliability and validity assessment. Results: The correlation coefficient of inter-rater reliability was 0.99. Internal consistency showed Cronbach's α=0.83. The t value of Y-BOCS total mean scores from the OCD group at first visit was higher than that of the non-OCD group, indicating the Chinese version of the Y-BOCS has good criteria-related validity. The t value of Y-BOCS total mean scores was higher in OCD group than in the depression group, indicating that the Chinese Y-BOCS has good construct validity. Conclusion: The Chinese version of the Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale has good reliability and validity.
