    Abstract: 二○○○年十二月二十七日,湖南廣播影視集團成立,成為全大陸第一個官方正式認可的廣電集團。本文旨於針對湖南廣電集團的形成進行政治經濟分析。本文曆現,處於改革開放過程中的大陸各廣電傳媒,雖然同樣受到結構化原則變遷的影響,但是在此過程中,個體作為也會影響結構,印證了季登斯結構化理論中所說的二重性。此外,湖南廣電局雖然扮演了驕展國家的角色,有助於湖南廣電集團的創新與委展,但是本文也發現該局的動因並不符合既有研究的論述。
    On Dec. 27th, 2000, the Hunan Broadcasting Media Group, the first broadcasting media group in Mainland China, was formed. This essay analyzes the Group’s process of formation. Although all broadcasting media in Mainland China face the same influence of structuration, each agency still has its own strategy and feedback to structure. This confirms what British scholar Anthony Giddens said about duality in his famous Structuration Theory. In addition, the Hunan Broadcasting Media Bureau played the role of developmental state, but not with the same motive supposed by developmental state studies. Without the help of the Hunan Broadcasting Media Bureau, it would be very hard for the Hunan Broadcasting Media Group to have achieved it’s success.
