社會鑲嵌網絡是中小企業獲取競爭優勢的重要手段,透過與網絡成員間的互補與合作,中小企業不但可規避經營上的風險,更可彌補本身資源不足的問題。本文利用交易成本與資源互賴觀點,經由線性結構關係模式,針對161家赴大陸投資之台灣中小企業進行實證分析,探討台商在大陸投資之社會鑲嵌網絡的形成因素及其影響,並對社會鑲嵌網絡在企業經營上的涵義提出實證性分析。
Social embedded network is an important means for small and medium enterprises to gain competitive advantage. Through complementarity and cooperation, network members not only can share risks, but also solve the problem of insufficient resources. Drawing on transaction cost and resource interdependency perspectives, this paper empirically analyzes 161 Taiwanese SMEs in Mainland China to explore the antecedents and impacts and to provide the managerial implications of their social embedded networks.
