    Title: 以界面聚合法製備PU包覆正烷類相變材料微膠囊之研究

    Abstract: 本研究以三異氰酸單體為殼膜材原料而以正二十炕、正十六烷以及兩者之不同比率混合物為芯材,使用界面聚合法製得PU系微膠囊,文中以SEM觀察微膠囊的成形性,以DSC判斷相變材料在包覆前後之熱性質變化以及相變材料在相變過程之吸放熱的再現性。結果顯示以界面聚合法製備PU包覆正燒類相變材料(PCM)微膠囊其成形性良好,雖混合兩種不同比率的正燒類相變材料尚無法達到控制吸放熱溫度的預期效果,但包覆純正燒類的PU微膠囊則具優良吸放熱效果且再現性良好。
    In this study, the thermal properties of eutectic compound material which prepared by Eicosane blended with various ratio of Hexadecane were investigated and completely microencapsulated with polyurethane (PU) wall membrane by an interfacial polycondensation method. The testing sample of microstructure was characterized by SEM, the eutectic temperature, reproducibility and the latent heat value by DSC. The results indicated that completely microencapsulated with PU wall membrane and n-alkanes phase change material (PCM) as core material by an interfacial polycondensation method has good shape. Although hybrid two kinds of result that n-allcane PCM of the different ratio mutually change the material and also can't acquire if the anticipant control absorbs to put the hot temperature. However, the pure PUPCM can gets goodly the endothermic or the exothermic effect and reproducibility.
