本研究係以紡織工業之聚酯廢纖為強化材,以熱可塑性保力龍為基材,經由混練、熱壓等工程製成發泡板,藉著改變成型條件,來探討複合材之發泡效果、機械性質及使其輕量化且強度高之最佳成型條件。由實驗結果得知其最佳成型發泡劑量200/1、最佳PS之重量分率75%。
The recycle of wasted thermoplastic polystyrene was used as the matrix mixing with the wasted PET fiber .The sample of wasted fiber board were formed by the mixing and hot pressing .the immersion effect, their mechanical properties and the best treatment conditions of the cellular material were studied. The result indicate that the best treatment conditions are found to be 200g/lg, PS75%.
