本實驗主要是將分散染料所染之尼龍織物添加不同組合之紫外線吸收劑及抗氧化劑進行處理,以探討紫外線吸收劑及抗氧化劑對尼龍織物之染色性及耐光染色堅牢度之影響,並且針對被染物之物性(包括強力及柔軟度)及褪色轉化率等物性,了以深入探討。實驗結果顯示:尼龍織物之褪色轉化率隨著照射時間的增加而增加,藉由紫外線吸收劑及抗氧化劑的添加,更能延緩其褪色時間,使其褪色情形減緩;且織物的強力及柔軟度亦會隨著照射時間的增加而下降。
The main purpose of this study was to observe influence on the Nylon fabric of the dye-uptake, lightfastness, conversion and physical properties (included the strength and softness) by dyeing the Nylon fabrics with Disperse Dyes and by adding different kinds of UV absorbent and antioxidants. Then, the study came to a conclusion, that was, when the time of irradiating was increased, the strength and softness of the Nylon fabric were reduced, the conversion increased. However, the conversion would be lower by adding UV absorbent and antioxidant.
