摘要: | 本實驗係將織物於溶劑預處理時,添加不同紫外線吸收劑及抗氧化劑,再以鹽基性染料進行浸染,用以提升Nomex織物的耐光牢度,探討短纖織物添加不同種類、用量的紫外線吸收劑與抗氧化劑後,其織物的染色光牢度和物性等性質。由實驗結果得知,Nomex織物經抗氧化劑與紫外線吸收劑處理後可明顯減緩褪色現象,且較單獨添加紫外線吸收劑者為佳,同時織物之強力與柔軟度仍可維持良好,而Nomex織物對不同染料之耐光堅牢度亦有所不同,在添加抗氧化劑與紫外線吸收劑後,大都可提升3-4個級數級以上。
This study is to discuss the pretreatment of Nomex fabric which dyed with basic dye by adding different kinds of UV-absorbers and antioxidants to improve the lightfastness of Nomex fabrics and measure the properties including the strength, softness and fastness. The result of the experiment indicate that when Nomex fabrics added with the antioxidants and UV-absorbers can improve the fastness, the strength and the softness. For the kinds of basic dyes which has the different chemical structure and the different level of fastness, but no different for all of them by adding the UV-absorbers and antioxidant can improve their lightfastness up to 3-4degree. |
