本研究主要是利用士林染料在常溫下;以二相冷軋浸吸捲置的方式;使棉織物上色;並以二氧化硫尿及二氧化硫尿/保險粉之混合等二種還原劑系統探討士林染料冷軋上色性即物性之變化。其中針對還原劑用量、鹼劑濃度、壓吸率、捲置時間、染料濃度等因素之改變對上色後之K/S值、△E值及強力的影響作深入研究。由實驗結果發現;採用二氧化硫尿/保險粉之混合系統能得到比單一系統的二氧化硫尿系統為佳之上色性;假若要得到較佳的均染性則可採用單一的二氧化硫尿系統。另外;不論採用二氧化硫尿/保險粉混合或單一二氧化硫尿為還原劑時;對冷軋染色後之織物強力皆無影響。
In this study, the cotton fabrics were dyied by two process cold pad batch with Vat dye. We use is Thiourea dioxide and use the combination of Thiourea dioxide / Sodium Hydrosulfite as the system .By changing the using amount of the concentration of dye, the rate of pad, the batch time and the disding-Uishing of different dye, we find out the after dying rariation in K/S, △E and strong the conduct this research. We get conclusion that use the combination of Thiourea dioxide / Sodium Hydrosulfite system that K/S was get better use the is Thiourea dioxide system and we get that use the is Thiourea dioxide system of △E was get better us the combination of Thiourea dioxide / Sodium Hydrosulfite system.
