    Title: Nomex長纖經不同張力熱定型對物性及染色性影響之探討

    Abstract: 本研究主要係將Nomex長纖先以溶劑進行預處理,之後在不同張力下改變溫度和時間予以熱定型處理,爾後再經鹽基性染料進行染色,並深入探討Nomex長纖其物性、染色性及熱性質之變化。由實驗結果得知,Nomex長纖經溶劑預處理後,其染色性呈顯著的提升,但隨著熱定型溫度、時間的增加,染色性則成下降的趨勢。而強力方面,經溶劑預處理後,拉伸強力皆呈下降的趨勢,且熱定型時所施加的張力愈大,其纖維抗強力則有下降的現象,另Nomex長纖經溶劑預處理後,隨著定型溫度與張力的增加其玻璃轉移溫度(Tg)有上升的趨勢,但高溫下張力過大其Tg點反呈下降的趨勢。
    In this study, the Nomex filament was pretreated with solvents under the conditions of tension, temperature and time with heat-setting. Then the Nomex filament were dyed with basic dyes. The physical and dyeability properties were investigated at the end. The results indicate that when the Nomex filament were preteated with solvents, the dyeability were improved. The results of pretreated with different solvents under the dyeing with adding in carrier would be better, but when the temperature and time increase with heat-setting, the dyeability were decreased. About the strength of Nomex filament were decreased after pretreated by solvents, and when the tension increase with heat-setting, the strength were decreased. The glass transition tempera are were increased. When the temperature and tension with heat-setting. But when the temperature and tension were over then the glass transition temperature were decreased.
