    Abstract: 本文題目為「學術抄襲之法律研究－以判斷基準為中心」，筆者對於「學術抄襲」之概念，乃自然的聯想到著作權法上對於「著作抄襲」之概念。本文基於對著作權法上「著作抄襲」問題之理解，想要進一步的來探究何謂「學術抄襲」及兩者間之判斷標準有何不同。本文共分六章，除了第一章緒論以外，第二、三、四、五章分別探討「學術抄襲」之概念、判斷標準、案例檢討及防制建議，最後在第六章提出本文之結論。
