    題名: 3D立體結構電磁波吸收材料之應用研究

    摘要: 隨著電子工業迅速發展,電磁波污染日益嚴重。根據科學家預測,電磁波污染將 逐年提高約7-14%,因此如何在充滿電磁波污染的環境下生存,將是21 世紀的重要課 題。目前學者專家認為由於現代科學技術發展的需要,欲徹底消滅電磁輻射的污染已 是不可能的。當前,只有在掌握電磁輻射特性的基礎上,研究如何採取措施來增強自 我防護能力,減輕電磁輻射污染的危害。減輕電磁輻射污染的危害的措施有兩個原則: (1)由於工作需要不能遠離電磁波發射源的,必須採取屏蔽防護的辦法;(2)儘量增大 人體與發射源的距離。計畫主持人於1996 年起進行電磁波遮蔽材之相關研究,研究成 果遮蔽效果高達60dB(99.9999%)以上。但是此類電磁波遮蔽材僅適用於儀器及家 電產品等,其功能係將入射之電磁波完全反射出去,以確保儀器自身之正常運作或避 免干擾其他設備。因為該電磁波遮蔽材只是將入射電磁波予以反射,以保護其所要保 護者。所以該入射之電磁波並未被實際消滅,只是被反射離開該物體。因此儘管目前 有遮蔽效果優良之電磁波遮蔽材,亦無法改變電磁波污染日益嚴重之情形,故電磁波 污染逐年提高約7-14%。由於有上述之認知,計畫主持人於近年來修正電磁波研究方 向,由電磁波遮蔽材之研究轉向電磁波吸收材之研究,嘗試發展電磁波吸收材料將電 磁波污染環境確實予以淨化。綜觀上述所言,不論是專家學者所提出之防止電磁波10 大對策或是政府立法規定的低頻電纜設置規範、行動電話基地台電磁波環境暴露限制 值等作法均是消極的減少電磁波環境暴露的方法。唯有本計畫所開發之寬頻高效能之 電磁波吸收板材(第一年計畫)及土木結構用之電磁波吸收體(第二年計畫)方能主 動吸收來至四方之污染電磁波,達到淨化環境之功能。本研究導入立體結構之變形電 磁波吸收體,企圖匹配出最佳組合之電磁波吸收體,研發具有高電磁波衰減效果且電 磁波吸收頻寬優異之電磁波吸收體。
    As the electronics industry develops rapidly, the electromagnetic wave is serious day by day in pollution. Predict according to the scientist, the electromagnetic wave is polluted and improved by about 7-14% year by year, So how be in full of environment that electromagnetic wave pollute survive, in the 21st century important subject. The scholar at present expert thinks the need because of the technical development of modern science, the pollution wanting to eliminate electromagnetic radiation completely has already been impossible. At present, on the basis of mastering electromagnetic radiation characteristic, study how is it is it strengthens my protective capacities since to come to take measures only, lighten the danger polluted in electromagnetic radiation. Lightening the danger measure polluted in electromagnetic radiation has two principles: (1)Because the need of work can't be far away from the electromagnetic wave and launch the source, the method that must adopt the shielding and protect; (2)Try one's best to increase the human body and launch the distance of the source. The plan host carries on relevant research that the electromagnetic wave covers the material since 1996,Result of covering the material is up to 60dB ( 99.9999% ). But this kind of electromagnetic wave covers the material and is only suitable for the instrument and electrical home appliances products, etc.; his function department totally reflects the electromagnetic wave of the incidence out, so as to ensure the instruments own normal operation. So the electromagnetic wave of this incidence has not been eliminated actually, is just reflected and left this object. Because there is above-mentioned cognition, plan a host and revise the electromagnetic wave to study the direction in recent years, turned to the electromagnetic wave and absorbed the studying of material by the research that the electromagnetic wave covers the material, is it develop electromagnetic wave absorbing material is it purify electromagnetic wave really to pollute the environment to try. Take a broad view of above-mentioned institutes to speak, no matter what the experts and scholars put forward prevents 10 big countermeasures of electromagnetic wave or the low frequency cable which the government legislate to stipulate from setting up the norm, mobile telephone base TV station electromagnetic wave environment expose person who limit way of doing things passive reduction electromagnetic wave environment exposed method.Wide-band electromagnetic wave with high capacity and efficiency that this plan develops absorbs the panel (the first year) and the building structure absorbers (the second year) can absorb it to the pollution electromagnetic wave all sides voluntarily, reach the function of purifying the environment. Finally, the screen layer composite with magnetic absorber layer to find out the best corporation, and the electromagnetic-wave have wide absorption broadband and fine attenuation ratio.
