    Abstract: 海底地下水或底棲間隙水因對流作用,將陸源物質(包括營養鹽N、 P、Si)直接輸入沿岸海洋,佔有重要的角色,沿岸海水溶解性Ba 濃度可作為海底地下水輸入海洋的示蹤元素。為了往後,從事海陸交互作用地區」海底河川」(Subterranean estuary)和沿岸海洋交互作用的研究,首先需發展冠狀醚(DC18C6)和光度分光計精確測定沿岸海水溶解性Ba 濃度的方法。 DC18C6 對鹼金屬(ⅠA)和鹼土金屬(ⅡA)有很強的選擇性(DC18C6 M+、DC18C6 M2+),Ba 冠狀醚配位化合物(DC18C6 Ba2+ L)形成穩定常數值(Kf)是ⅡA 金屬中最大,應用DC18C6 和Ba 冠狀醚配位化合物的特性,可消除沿岸海水含有大量ⅠA 和ⅡA 金屬的干擾基質,達到Ba 分離和濃縮的目的;應用 DC18C6 和染料OrangeⅡ,以及光度分光計測定溶解性Ba 的濃度。
