    題名: 我國大專女子柔道選手不同量級與不同技術應用對競賽成績影響研究
    Effects of Skill Usage on the Performance of Collegiate Female Judo Players

    摘要: 本研究旨在探討女子甲組柔道選手比賽中有效得分時間、動作技術、得分等級、得分區域與比賽勝負的關係,並檢驗不同量級及不同得分技術間之差異。本研究以2006年大專運動會女子甲組之柔道選手為對象,錄影蒐集各場比賽資料,包括:女子甲組參賽人數第一量級九人、第二量級九人、第三量級十人、第四量級十一人、第五量級九人、第六量級八人及第七量級五人,總計六十一人。以描述統計及獨立樣本單因子變異數分析(One-way ANOVA)分析並檢驗不同量級不同得分技術間之差異。本研究獲得以下結論: 一、柔道選手在比賽開始第1-2分鐘內的得分次數最多,第0-1分鐘次之,依序為2-3分鐘、3-4分鐘第4-5分鐘最少;柔道選手在比賽的1-2分鐘內,均應視為選手得分的重點,從開始至結束,應保持有充沛的體能狀況;在得分技術動作方面:以使用足技動作次數最多,固技動作次之,其次為手技、腰技、捨身技最少是絞技,得分次數最多的前三種技術動作分別依次為大外割、小外割、大內割;在得分等級方面:整體來看得分等級依序為一勝、有效、效果、半勝及判定;在得分區域整體來看,以E區最多,依序分別為A、C、B、D區為選手攻擊的最主要區域。二、各量級柔道選手與得分時間未達顯著差異;柔道選手與動作技術達顯著差異;選手比賽應加強足技(如大外割、小外割、大內割及內腿等)與固技技術動作的攻擊練習柔道選手與得分等級未達顯著差異,各量級大部分選手還是以追求一勝為主要目標;柔道選手與得分區域未達顯著差異,各量級選手集中於E區(積極攻擊區)為主要攻擊區域。三、不同技術得分柔道選手與得分時間未達顯著差異;不同技術得分選手與得分區域達顯著差異。選手應降低犯規次數;不同技術得分選手與得分等級達顯著差異,選手應加強規則意識,並強化體能;不同得分技術選手與勝負達顯著差異,選手以犯規戰術得分比例占多數,與足技及手技比較則有明顯的差異。
    This research was aimed to investigate the effects of successful scoring time, movement skills, effective scoring levels and scoring areas in collegiate female Judo players. Competition data of sixty-one female judo players were collected and analyzed, including: 9, 9, 10, 11, 9, 8, and 5 players in 1st, 2nd , 3rd , 4th,5th 6th and 7th classes, respectively, who participated in judo competition of 2006 Taiwan University Games. Descriptive statistics and dependent one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the data. The conclusions were as the following: 1. The most effective scoring times were found at 1-2 minutes, and followed by the order of 0-1, 2-3, 3-4 and 4-5 minutes. The most effective scoring time was found at 0-2 minutes. The most frequently used scoring skills were found by the order of Ashi-Waza, Katame-Waza, Te-Waza, Koshi-Waza, Sutemi-Waza and Shime-Waza. The top three movements in effective scoring times were O-Soto-Gari, Ko-Soto-Gari and O-Uchi-Gari. The orders of scoring level were Ippon, Yuko, Koka, Warari and Jode. E section was the major scoring section, followed by the order of A, C, B, D sections. 2. There were no significant differences among scoring time, scoring levels scoring sections and weight classes. Significant differences were found between skill usage and different weight classes players. Ashi-waza (O-Soto-Gari, Ko-Soto-Gari and O-Uchi-Gari ) and Katame-Waza were the major scoring skills.
