    题名: 臺灣大專青年的生涯阻礙與生涯定向之研究─ 以心理資源為中介、社會支持為調節變項
    A study on Career Barriers and Career Decision among Taiwan Junior College Youth — The Mediating Effect of Psychological Resources and the Moderating Effect of Social Support

    摘要: 本研究旨在探討大專青年生涯阻礙、生涯定向的狀況,並以心理資源為中介效果、社會支持為主要效果與調節效果。本研究採用次級資料分析法,次級資料調查對象為20歲至25歲之大專青年,包含大三、大四之準畢業青年及畢業3年內社會新鮮人。研究工具包含「職業抉擇阻力檢核表」、「大學生心理資源量表」、「生涯定向程度」量表、「Synergy量表」。並以SPSS與PROCESS外掛程式對次級資料進行描述性統計分析、積差相關分析、階層迴歸分析、拔靴法。  
      本研究結果發現:1. 生涯阻礙變項中的自我認識及決策能力、外在環境對心理資源具有顯著的負向預測力,生涯阻礙變項中的職業資料與社會支持總量表對心理資源具有顯著正向預測力;2. 生涯阻礙變項中的自我認識及決策能力、職業資料對生涯定向具有顯著的負向預測力,生涯阻礙變項中的性別角色、身心狀況與社會支持總量表對生涯定向則具有顯著正向的預測力;3. 生涯阻礙中的自我認識及決策能力與社會支持總量表在心理資源與生涯定向間具有部分中介效果;4. 社會支持總量表對生涯阻礙無調節效果,僅社會支持的「朋友支持」與生涯阻礙的「家庭責任」對心理資源具有顯著交互作用;5. 在本研究中,社會支持的主要效果大於調節效果;6. 在心理資源上,社會支持的效果量比生涯阻礙各變項還高。在生涯定向上,生涯阻礙的效果量比社會支持稍高。
      最後,根據上述研究結果進行討論,並對大專青年、相關助人工作者、未來研究者提出相關建議,作為後續參考。
    The purpose of this study is to explore the status of career obstruction and career orientation of junior college students, and take psychological resources as the mediating effect and social support as the main effect and moderating effect. The secondary data analysis method was adopted in this study. The secondary data subjects were young people aged 20 to 25 years old, including young people in junior and senior years who were about to graduate and new people in society within 3 years after graduation. The research tools included the "Career Choice Resistance Scale", the "College Student Psychological Resources Scale", the "Career Orientation Scale" and the "Synergy Scale". Descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and bootstrap method were carried out for secondary data using SPSS and PROCESS plug-in programs.
    The results of this study are as follows: 1. In the career barriers variables, self-cognition, decision-making ability and external environment have significant negative predictive power on psychological resources.The industry information of the career barriers variable and the total social support scale have significant positive predictive power on psychological resources. 2. In the career barriers variables, self-cognition, decision-making ability and industry information have significant negative predictive power on career orientation. The gender role, physical and mental status of career barriers variables and total social support have significant positive predictive power on career orientation. 3. The relationship between psychological resources and career orientation is partially mediated by self-cognition and decision-making ability and total social support. 4. The total amount of social support has no moderating effect on career obstruction, only "friend support" of social support and "family responsibility" of career barrier have significant interaction effect on psychological resources; 5. In this study, the main effect of social support is greater than the moderating effect; 6. In terms of psychological resources, the effect of social support is higher than that of career barriers. In the aspect of career orientation, the effect of career barriers is slightly higher than that of social support.
    Finally, based on the above research results, the paper discusses and puts forward relevant suggestions for junior college youth, help workers and future researchers for follow-up reference.
