摘要:	生態旅遊為以生態及文化保育為首要目標之旅遊形式，其不僅能達到保育的原意，也能帶給地方適量的經濟收益，為地方永續發展之基礎。本文從社會資本觀點，探討墾丁華泰瑞苑旅館於地方生態旅遊發展中之角色、功能及具體成果。研究方法採文獻探討、實地觀察、深入訪談歸納分析。研究發現：旅館雖為營利組織，但於契約規範下可成為社會資本之重要載體與遊發展核心，其運用教育傳播、資訊流通、資源分配等策略，讓旅館成為生態旅遊發展區域結構之核心、形塑保育優先之認知，擴增互信、互惠、規範等社會資本，透過整合讓所有參與者皆能共享和使用彼此資源，降低競爭與不信任所衍生之不必要成本，進而促成整體利益，創造兼顧生態環境、社區經濟的永續生態旅遊模式。 Ecotourism is a form of tourism with ecological and cultural conservation as the primary goal. It can not only achieve the original intent of conservation, but also bring appropriate economic benefits to the place, which is the foundation for the sustainable development of the place. Keywords: Ecotourism, Social Capital, Kenting Huatai Ruiyuan Hotel. This article discusses the role, function and specific results of KentingHuataiRuiyuan Hotel in the development of local ecotourism from the perspective of social capital. The research method adopts literature discussion, on-site observation, and in-depth interview inductive analysis. The research found that although the hotel is a for-profit organization, it can become an important carrier of social capital and the core of tourism development under contractual norms. It uses strategies such as education dissemination, information circulation, and resource allocation to make hotels become the core of the regional structure of eco-tourism development, shape the recognition of priority of conservation, expand mutual trust, reciprocity, norms and other social capital, and enable all participants to share and use each other's resources through integration, reduce unnecessary costs derived from competition and mistrust, and promote overall benefits, creating a sustainable eco-tourism model that takes into account the ecological environment and community economy.
