    Abstract: 將聚醯胺加入適當的添加劑,可賦予其特殊的性質,而本研究選用麩胺酸鈉做為聚醯胺之添加劑,期望透過此方式讓聚醯胺具有可分解,以利織物加工後可以達到生物可分解的性能,麩胺酸鈉又稱味精、味素,是麩胺酸的鈉鹽,屬於天然非必需的胺基酸之一。是經由小麥麵筋水解而得,而小麥麵筋中,谷氨酸的含量約為25%。本文利用麩胺酸鈉來產生生物可分解之特性;味精就像其他胺基酸的鈉鹽一樣,是個穩定、無色的固體,存在著兩種立體結構,只有天然界中存在的L-form方可作為食品添加劑。麩胺酸鈉有兩種形式可和其他胺基酸鍵結的形式作為蛋白質的一部分,進行加工處理,可產生織物生物可分解特性並增加其附加價值。
