Abstract:	在本文首先將對於大陸圖書發行制度及圖書出版業的經營管理作一介紹，再對於兩岸之間的著作權法作比較，以使大家對大陸圖書出版業有一概括的了解。而接下來再來探討，業者投資大陸可行方式及實質項目的各項分析，最後就對於兩岸在圖書出版方面的合作方式及需要注意的問題來作分析。以提供有意至大陸市場投資的出版業者做一些參考。
