Abstract:	Vietnam is one of the dynamic sources of cross- border student mobility across the globe. This study aims to explore the factors which influence graduate students motivation to study abroad in Taiwan. A survey utilizing mixed-methods was conducted through the semi-structured interviews and questionnaire from 173 Vietnamese graduate students (VNGSs) currently studying Master and Ph.D. programs in Taipei. The finding reveals that VNGs consider "Future career opportunities" and "Culture and Experience of living abroad" respectively as their most motivational factor to choose Taiwan for the educational host country. From this main finding, this study suggests some implication for the institution to improve its service.
