    Abstract: 本研究主要為合成改質衣康酸雙分子型界面活性劑,由衣康酸為連結基與聚乙二醇形成兩邊對稱之結構末端再加入親水性之馬來酸酐為A系列界面活性劑,另一類改質雙分子界面活性劑為末端添加疏水性之油酸二聚體為B系列界面活性劑。所合成的產物以紅外線光譜分析(FT-IR)、核磁共振光譜(1H-NMR)確認其構造,所測試之界面性質包括表面張力、接觸角、起泡性、pH 緩衝能力等性質。並測試產物與分散染料之結合粒徑分佈、相互作用及染色性。
    界面性質結果顯示所合成A、B系列產物有較低表面張力、較佳的濕潤性與低起泡性。且合成產物的加入可使染料在染液中粒徑分佈均一,具有良好的分散能力,且分散染料因界面活性劑的加入可產生解凝集現象因而使光譜吸光度增加,用於分散染料染聚酯纖維時有緩染之效果。
    In this study, mainly for the synthesis of Itaconic acid modified Geminis urfactants, from the itaconic acid as a link with polyethylene glycol on both sides of the symmetry of the structure of the end of the addition of hydrophilic maleic anhydride for the A series of surfactants, and the other for the end of the addition of hydrophobic The dimer acid is a B series of surfactants. The structure of these surfactants were confirmed by 1H-NMR, FT-IR and the surface activities were evaluated by surface tension, contact angle, foaming properties, pH buffer . We have also studied the dispersing abilities of these surfactants . From measurements of the particle sizes and dispersibilities of the dye solutions.
    We found A.B surface tension results exhibited that surfactants have lower surface tension, moreover, these compound have better wetting and lower foaming. The results showed that this surfactant can add dyes with smaller particle size. There are dyes that dye-surfactant complexes (complex) the existence of polyester fabric dyeing, add the surfactant will produce retarding phenomenonand when heating process can reduce dyed rate, avoiding the phenomenon of uneven dyeing.
