Abstract:	遊客不當行為是遊憩管理上的惱人負擔，管理單位常藉由在遊憩區內設置告示牌，試圖導正遊客行為，然告示牌否真有效果？哪一種文字內容與顏色的告示牌的效果較顯著？外在環境暗示是否會影響遊客的不當行為？相關探討卻有限。研究結果不僅能夠了解何種文字內容及顏色的告示牌能有效的抑制不當行為，亦能有利於管理遊客，並對遊客違規管理的理論建構有所幫助。本研究擬以擎天崗遊客不當跨越欄杆，擅自進入危險或未開放區域為研究案例。研究依告示牌之文字內容、色彩及環境暗示，共設計10種不同的實驗情境，並設計4種質性題項，深入探討告示牌對於遊客的意象為何。將所獲得的資料進行敍述統計、變異數分析與複迴歸分析。研究結果驗證告示牌能減少遊客不當行為的發生，且教育意涵的告示牌能使遊客發自內心的遵守規範。而告示牌色彩部分，紅色及藍色都能減少遊客不當行為之效果，但在質性研究中藍色能給予遊客較佳的情感意象。並提供學術及實務上的建議供參考。 Visitors’ Inappropriate is a troublesome problem to recreation management. Tourism institutions often set up notice board trying to deter Inappropriate. However, it is not well realized if notice boards are useful. Research findings could identify the suitable contents and color of notice board, as well as benefit the theory of violation management. In addition, if notice board with different contents and color have different effects. This study aims to observe visitors Railing Crossing behavior under 10 different designed experiment scenarios and design 4 different qualitative research. The methods of descriptive statistics, ANOVA and Multi-regression will be used to analyze obtained information. The results of the study about the Notice Board, there are still signs of the necessity of existence. Visitors can not only reduce the incidence of misconduct and educational implications of the Notice Board enables visitors from heart comply with specification. The Notice Board in color, red and blue can reduce the effect of misconduct of tourists. But in qualitative research blue color is better than red color. This study Provided academic and practical advice for reference.
