    Title: 電針刺激對等速肌力的效果研究

    Abstract: 本研究的目的在於比較電針刺激陽陵泉穴與電針刺激非穴位及無刺激時,在等速 向心收縮之股四頭肌與腿後肌之肌力效果的差異情形。受試對象為國立臺灣師範大學體育系 男生,共 15 名志願參與本研究者。 利用 Cybex6000 等速肌力測量儀測試慣用腿膝屈伸時 ,股四頭肌與腿後肌的向心肌力。 等速向心收縮的速度為 60 ° / s 的速度,測驗三回合 ,其反覆次數為三次。回合之間以平衡次序進行 30Hz 電針刺激穴位、100Hz 電針刺激穴位 、電針刺激非穴位及無刺激等四種實驗處理。 非穴位旁開人體的經絡通路 2 公分,做為雙 陽陵泉穴的對照位置。電針刺激採用 SU-608 型電針儀,所輸出的脈衝電是一種連續交流電 波,每次刺激持續 10 分鐘( 12 伏特;30 Hz 與 100 Hz )。所得資料採用二因子重複量 數變異數分析處理。研究結果顯示,100 Hz 的電針刺激使 60 ° / s 的股四頭肌最大力矩 由 241.53 Nm 增加至 257.20 Nm (增加 6.49% ),腿後肌最大力矩由 130.40 Nm 增加至 146.60 Nm (增加 12.42% ),最大力矩的資料顯示 100 Hz 的刺激效果優於 30Hz, 且第 一次與第二次的刺激效果均優於第一次刺激前之情形。研究結果顯示,電針刺激顯著增加等 速肌力,且高頻率的效果優於低頻刺激。
    The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of elecro acupuncture (EA) of Yang Lin Chuan (G34) on isokinetic muscular strength. Fifteen university physical education majors were recruited as subjects. Each subject was applied with electroacupuncture on Yang Lin Chuan, on pseudo locus, and with no stimulation respectively. Pseudo locus was located 2 cm outside the point of EA locus. Before evaluation of muscular performance, electrical stimulation (2x10 minutes; 30Hz, 100Hz) was induced by a SU-608 electroacupuncture machine. Isokinetic muscular strength was evaluated by Cybex 6000 Extremity System with velocity of 60 ° / s. A two-way ANOVA was applied for data analysis. The result of this research showed that EA stimulation of 100Hz and 30Hz on Yang Lin Chuan (G34) significantly increased muscular strength. Meanwhile, the effects of 100Hz EA stimulation were more significant than that of 30Hz. The result suggest that EA stimulation is effcetive in increasing muscular strength.
