| 摘要: | 近年來，政府大力提倡「一鄉鎮一景觀一特產」，希望透過地方性產業活動來結合當地文化特色，以保留逐漸式微的傳統產業，並養成愛鄉愛土的情操。本研究透過宜蘭地區休閒農場永續空間演化分析，結合現地訪談與文獻探討等研究發現，休閒農場的性質已逐漸轉型為休閒旅遊型態，在經營上很容易造成以旅遊為主的商業導向忽略環境生態的永續發展。然而，經營者為了便於休閒活動的進行，有時過度的商業性、娛樂性的經營取向及開發模式，不但會失去原有鄉村風貌與在地特色，還會對農村的景觀空間造成傷害。因此，本研究秉持尊重生態環境、強調因地制宜、創意美學、永續生態的理念，透過本研究為休閒農場發展創造出新的適應能力，避免產業轉型對自然的破壞，並創造一個嶄新的發展模式，同時研擬出適當的空間規劃理念與方法來尋求降低對環境的破壞，以讓鄉村景觀生態得以永續發展，創造當地經濟效益，提供未來休閒農場發展與規劃之方向。
The Taiwanese government has recently advocated for the ＂One Town, One Scenery, One Product＂ concept, hoping to incorporate local culture into regional industrial activities, thus restoring declining traditional industries and fostering a love for the land. The present study analyzes the sustainability of spatial evolution in the Yilan region of leisure farms. We present the results of our field interviews and literature review and reach the conclusion that recreational farms have gradually transformed into recreational tourism. As the emphasis has turned to tourism, agricultural practices have quickly become commercialized and now tend to ignore ecological sustainability. In order to accommodate recreational activities, proprietors sometimes opt for an overly commercialized and entertainment-oriented model for operation and development; this not only sacrifices the original rural scenery and unique local characteristics, but also negatively impacts the landscape of the farming community. Believing in the ideals of respect for the ecological environment, adaptation to local circumstances, creative aesthetics, and ecological sustainability. This study is also proposes a direction for the future development and planning of leisure farms by creating a new development model in order to create suitable spatial planning theories and methods that reduce environmental damage. The model helps the sustainability of countryside landscape ecology and generates economic benefits for this area. |
