本研究以批踢踢政黑板做為研究場域，探討網路政治新聞評論與政治參與之間的關聯，以網路問卷調查法結合深度訪談，共得有效問卷80份、並訪談三位使用年資超過三年的政黑板鄉民，經網路問卷調查結合深度訪談結果，發現為了附和其他評論者而評論的動機越高，一周內評論次數會越高；每周內瀏覽他人政治新聞頻率越高，就越會提出不同見解而評論；一週內的評論次數越高，越會找官員或民代表達意見。
此外，透過深度訪談深入剖析影響鄉民評論與參與之間的因素，發現鄉民雖然在政黑板上高度參與評論，但礙於政黑板性質、實際政治參與門檻過高等因素，使得鄉民對自身改變政治現況的能力產生質疑。
The research takes PTT Hatepolitics as example, discussing the relationship between online political news comment and political participation. Besides, the research uses online questionnaire survey and depth interviews, totally get 80 valid questionnaires and interview three users of Hatepolitics, who use the electronic bulletin board more than three years. By questionnaire survey, first of all, we find out that the more people comment for going along with others, the more times people comment in a week. Second, the more times people browsing other’s comment, the more people will comment for giving different thoughts. Third, the more times people comment in a week, the more times they’ll reflect their thoughts to the officials.
Still, we take depth interviews in order to analysis the factors between comment and participation depthly. We find out that people highly involved in comment, however, owing to the nature of Hatepolitics and the high threshold of political participation, people doubt that if they can effect or change the political situation by themselves.
