本研究係以紡織工業之廢布邊為強化材,以不飽和聚酯樹脂為基材。將廢布邊以 編織及加撚相互交替的方法製成長條圓柱狀,再經由含浸、膠化及熱定型等工程製成複材鋼 筋。藉著改變強化材之組織結施予之張力來探討複材鋼筋各方面之強力並與一般鋼筋作比較 。
The woven edge from textile industry is the strengthening material, and unsaturated polyester resin is the basic material in the study. To produce cylinder, the woven edge was used by weaving and twisting to each other, and producing composites reinforcement was produced through the process of resin permeating, gelatin and heat designing, To inquire into each side of strength of composites reinforcement, the structure of strengthen material was changed to compare with normal reinforcement.
