Abstract:	運動健康促進專業認證機構在美國外的發展相當成熟，但是在中國大陸和台灣相對來講比較滯後。本研究主要目的在分析美國運動健康促進專業認證模塊，歸納其發展趨勢，結合中國大陸和台灣的實際情況，提供適用於當地的運動健康促進專業認證模塊。結果發現，近些年運動健康體能產業的發展中，穿戴式技術是一個不可避免的趨勢；健康教育和認證同樣是一個必將長久存在的趨勢。中國建國以來一直實施的是舉國體制的體育制度，對運動健康促進專業認證模組的靈活性和市場性相對於美國而言較為薄弱。建議借鑒美國的運動健康促進專業認證模組的思路，結合現有的資源，與協會和相關的培訓機構做對接，運動和醫學做對接。開設線上授課、測驗、考試等模組，召開線上線下授課、交流研討會，更主要是建立學員認證後的工作網絡。另外，加強與高校的合作，建立高階的運動健康認證模組，同時加強運動與醫學的結合，尤其是與中醫的結合，形成具有中國特色的運動健康促進專業認證體系。 Exercise and health promotion professional accrediting body in the United States outside of the development is quite advanced, but in Mainland China and Taiwan are relatively backward. This study aims at analyzing United States exercise and health promotion accreditation module, summed up the trend, combined with Mainland China and Taiwan's actual situation, professional certification available for local exercise and health promotion module. Results showed that movement health-related fitness industry development in recent years, is an inevitable trend of wearable technology; health and education and certification is also a long-standing trend. China has been implemented since the founding of the whole nation system of sports systems, sports and health professional certification module flexibility and market relative to the United States is weak. Recommended reference United States sports health professionals’ authentication module, combined with existing resources, docking with the association and the relevant training bodies, sports and medicine docked. Online classes, tests and examinations, such as modules, online offline instruction, seminars held, more important is to build student network after certification. In addition, strengthening its cooperation with universities, set up advanced fitness certification module, while strengthening the combination of sports and medicine, in particular with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine to form a sports and health professional certification system with Chinese characteristics.
