    Title: 臺北市國小教師之組織公民行為與工作滿意度相關性研究
    The Relationship Study of Organizational Citizen Behavior and Job Satisfaction of Elementary School Teacher in Taipei

    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討臺北市國小教師「組織公民行為」與「工作滿意度」現況,並分析不同「個人背景變項」教師其在「組織公民行為」與「工作滿意度」之差異,進而探討其「組織公民行為」與「工作滿意度」之相關性。
    本研究係採問卷調查法,以臺北市國民小學教師為研究之母群體,採「立意抽樣」方式發放問卷480份,總計回收 403 份有效問卷。據以探討教師之性別、年齡、服務年資、學校規模、擔任職務、師資養成、最高學歷、婚姻狀況、家庭型態與宗教信仰在「組織公民行為」與「工作滿意度」上是否存在顯著差異。研究工具包括「個人背景資料」、「組織公民行為問卷」、「工作滿意度問卷」三部分。所得資料以社會科學統計套裝軟體20.0 版(SPSS 20.0 for Windows)進行資料處理,使用描述性統計、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費事後比較、皮爾森積差相關進行統計分析。
    研究結果如下:
    一、 臺北市國小教師之整體「組織公民行為」平均數達3.32,各分構面以「敬業精神」平均數達3.35為最佳,其次為「認同學校」、「助人行為」、「公民美德」,最低為「自我實現」。
    二、 臺北市國小教師之整體「工作滿意度」平均數達3.00,各分構面滿意度最佳為「人際氣氛」,其次為「教學工作」、「親師生互動」、「行政領導」、「薪資福利」,最低為「政府法令」。
    三、 臺北市國小教師之整體「組織公民行為」會因所擔任之職務、師資養成之背景以及婚姻狀況而有顯著差異;「組織公民行為」分構面會因性別、擔任職務、師資養成、最高學歷以及婚姻狀況而有.05-.001之顯著差異。
    四、 臺北市國小教師之整體「工作滿意度」會因所任教之學校規模、師資養成之背景以及家庭型態而有顯著差異;「工作滿意度」分構面會因學校規模、擔任職務、師資養成、婚姻狀況、家庭型態以及宗教信仰而有.05-.001之顯著差異。
    五、 臺北市國小教師整體「組織公民行為」暨各分構面與整體 「工作滿意度」暨各分構面間,皆達.001極顯著正相關。
    最後,歸納研究結果,提出建議供政府相關部門、學校機關單位、教師以及未來研究者做為參考,以期對教師組織公民行為與教師工作滿意度之提升有所裨益。
    The purpose of this study was to investigate the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and job satisfaction (JS) of elementary school teachers in Taipei City, and to analyze the differences in OCB and JS among teachers with different personal background variables, and to explore the correlation between OCB and JS.
    In this study, 480 questionnaires were sent to teachers in elementary school of Taipei City with purposive sampling and 403 valid questionnaires collected. This study is to find out whether there is a significant difference in OCB and JS among teachers with different gender, age, length of service, scale of school, position, teaching professional education, highest academic degree, marital status, family type and religious beliefs . The research tools included personal background information, organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire and job satisfaction questionnaire. The data were processed with SPSS 20.0 for Windows. The resulting data were analyzed with relevant statistical methods as the descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, one way ANOVA, Scheffe’s method, Pearson correlation.
    The results are as follows:
    First, the average score of overall OCB for elementary school teachers in Taipei City is 3.32. The average score of professionalism is 3.53, which is the best in all sub-variables, followed by school identity, altruism behavior, citizen's virtue, and self-accomplishment, which has the lowest score.
    The average score of JS for elementary school teachers in Taipei City is 3.00. The average score of interpersonal atmosphere is 3.25, which is the best in all sub-variables, followed by teaching work, teacher-student-parent interaction, administrative leadership, salary and welfare, and government ordinance,which has the lowest score.
    The overall OCB of the elementary school teachers in Taipei City will vary significantly depending on the teaching professional education and marital status of the teachers. The sub-variables OCB will vary according to gender, position, teaching professional education , the highest academic degree and marital status with significant differences .05-.001.
    The overall JS of elementary school teachers in Taipei City will vary significantly depending on the scale of the school, teaching professional education, the type of family of the teachers. The sub-variables JS will vary according to the scale of the school, position, teaching professional education , marital status, the type of family and the religious beliefs with significant differences .05-.001.
    The overall OCB of the elementary school teachers in Taipei City has significant positive correlation with the overall JS, and also in all sub-variables.
    In the end, the paper summarizes the research results and offer suggestions for the relevant government departments, school authorities, teachers and future researchers as a reference to improve the OCB and JS as a teacher.
