Abstract:	一、本文對我三軍官兵，所發生單純逃亡罪之各種犯罪類型及其構成要件，做一敘述，期能使我憲兵官兵對軍法警察勤務之職責，有更進一步認知。二、對逃亡罪中之主、客觀構成要件，從外國立法例與學說及實務上之見務，作深入之探討與闡述，務期對該罪有進一步之瞭解。三、就陸海空軍刑法第九十三條之「單純逃亡罪」，研討剖析，並論述逃亡未過法定日數者，係屬未遂而非無罪，冀能對我憲兵官兵執行軍法警察勤務時，有所助益。
