This paper discuss when upper troposphere cold core low propogating the tropical depression, The hight speed wind axis which following the cold core low will improve the tropical depression's upper divergence. Whi1e tropical depression's upper divergence is increasing, then the lower convergence is also increasing too. That wiI1 strength en the tropical depression to typhoon.
