| 摘要: | 本文主要的目的在探索要改善或解決環境問題，除了解污染原因及如何應對或轉化 污染物外，也必須了解環境問題的關鍵人物－－廠商負責人，對於環境的態度。廠商負責人 對工業區環境的滿意程度，僅達「普通」之標準，在工業區現有之環境問題識覺上，仍有空 氣污染、廢棄物、水污染等問題待解決。認為政府部門應對工業區加強之措施，以「對外交 通路線」及「污染防治設備」為優先。 在因應民眾環境保護意識高漲的具體做法上，以「加強投資污染防治設備」及「加強敦親睦 鄰」為首要做法。
The main purpose of this study is to show that, to improve or solve environmental problems, we not only need to understand the causes of contamination and learn how to transform contaminating substances, but also must try to understand the attitude of factory owners--the key people in environmental problems--toward the environment. The satisfaction level of the factory owners with the enviroment in the industrial Park is only on average. On the existing environmental problems in the Industrial park, the pollution of air, water and other wastes remains to be settled. As to the measures considered necessary to be taken by the authorities concerned to improve the industrial park, top priorities are external transportation network and pollution-control equipment. In response to the increasing awakening to environmental protection, the factory owners think the most important measures are both to invest in the pollution-control equipment and to promote good-will with the whole neighborhood. |
