Cold creek, Royster creek and Fletcher creek are located in Shelby County, west Tennessee. They are the branches of Loosahatchie Riyer and Wolf River respectively. Within the large Shelby County region, the climate and geology are not so different, but the landform of northern part is dissected to greater degree than southern part. In comparing the two basin's morphology such as stream order, stream length, bifurcation ratio, stream .frequency and drainage density, although the area of Cold creek and Royster creek is smaller, their runoff is almost the same as Fletcher creek. In this paper we get a conclusion that the Cold creek and Royster creek has better developed drainage system, their morphology affect more efficient on their runoff.
