    Title: 體操單槓直體併腿Tkatchev動作訓練方法初探

    Abstract: 單槓是臺灣選手參加世界級和亞洲級賽會中較弱的一項,而脫手騰空再握之飛行動作又是選手技術發展上較為不足的部分,故本研究針對此一組群動作中較常被國際優秀選手實施之直體併腿Tkatchev動作的訓練方法來進行探討,進一步對動作訓練過程作研究。本研究透過詳實記錄直體併腿Tkatchev動作實際訓練過程後對學習動作提出下列重點說明:一、應藉由彈翻床進行模擬練習,使選手對騰空階段的身體姿勢及空間感覺有更深刻地體驗。二、運用輔助器材保護繩進行訓練,如此可避免發生運動傷害並去除選手心理層面之顧忌,進而能大量增加訓練的次數。三、在單槓上實際從事訓練時,首先以振浪擺動技術為主,尤其著重於蓋浪、沉浪及頂肩等技術。四、脫手離槓時下肢必須配合雙手頂肩技術,使身體重心得以快速向上提昇而下肢亦可獲得回擺的動能。除此之外,騰空階段需特別強調軀幹體勢的控制,因為當軀幹角度過度屈曲時動作可能被認定為屈體併腿Tkatchev,而導致動作難度被降為C級。
    Horizontal bar is the poor performance of the Taiwanese players and flight element is relatively less than the part of technological development. This study was conducted to explore methods for training the Tkatchev stretched. As a result, the article attempts to explore the training steps of Tkatchev stretched via collecting relevant data assisted by photographs and captions. Its contents can be divided into: (1) should be carried out simulation exercises Trampoline; (2) use of training aids protection of justice; (3) To swing as the main technical training; (4) Time to take off of the body center of gravity to move upward and the lower extremities can quickly get back to the kinetic energy of the pendulum. In addition, the flight phase requires special emphasis on the torso body potential control, because when excessive trunk flexion angle may be identified as pike Tkatchev and the value was reduced to C grade.
